We Use USPS Priority Shipping. All orders over $150 Ships Free

All international Packages Ships Via UPS

Customer assumes all custom duties & taxes upon delivery

- All orders ship out within 24-48 hours.(Monday-Friday) We do not shipping during the weekend

- Please be sure to use the correct information in regards to you address as far as abbreviation street name apts etc.

-If you need to change the address on your order please contact us ASAP. Adjustments can be made to an address.

-If you require the package to be shipped to a completely different address other than what's was input on the order. we will require the order to be cancelled and you reorder with the correct information.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

Stash House Miami  is not responsible for lost packages, stolen or damaged packages. If your tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly. 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777).We suggest going directly to the USPS closest to your home with the tracking information, the carrier will have to provide details of where exactly the package was delivered.Calling may not be as effective. Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS

- We will constantly provide you with updates about your order by e-mail. Your tracking number will be made available by our shipping department during our daily system updates. Please keep in mind that tracking information may not be updated for up to 48  hours after your order leaves our location. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service department.
