How to return  

Simply mail the item(s) to our warehouse, within 5 business days from the receipt of your order.

Please allow 5-10 business days to process any returns.We do not exchange items.We highly advise that you use your local postal service to mail the package and save the tracking number once shipped. Store Credits will be issue via email. We will not be responsible for any lost packages.

All Returns will receive Store Credit ONLY. Which can be used for a future purchase

Store Credit

Returned packages will only be eligible for a Store Credit if they meet the following criteria: 


  • All return packages must be posted out within 5 days from date of receipt

  • All items must have the original tags attached

  • All items must be in good, unworn condition- no stains, rips, foul odors, etc.

  • Swimsuits & Undergarments, Bodysuits can NOT be returned

  • Any items in the Sale Category, Bags, Accessories, Discount Codes CANNOT BE RETURNED

  • There will be no refunds by cash or debit Back to any Credit Or Debit  Card.

  • Absolutely no refunds will given


 All original shipping fees are Non refundable.

A restocking fee will be applied to any orders returned due to "Insufficient address" or "un-deliverable address".

However if you provided the wrong shipping address you will be responsible for paying shipping again.

You will receive a receipt confirmation via email once your returned package is processed. Store Credit will be issue within 24-48 Hours.

Any defective items must be reported  within 24 hours of package arrival, if not within within that time frame you will not receive a store credit. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.


We Use USPS Priority Shipping. All orders over $100 Ships Free

- All orders ship out within 24-48 hours.(Monday-Friday)

- All domestic Express orders made before 3pm (Eastern Time), will be shipped on the same business day. Any Order placed after that time will ship the next business day

-Express order must be placed before 1pm EST to ship the same day, if not the order will ship the next business day

- Since we aim to provide fast shipping and service. Once Your place an order no changes can be made


Stash House Miami is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.

- We will constantly provide you with updates about your order by e-mail. Your tracking number will be made available by our shipping department during our daily system updates. Please keep in mind that tracking information may not be updated for up to 24 hours after your order leaves our location. - For international orders, please be sure to enter a valid phone number at check out. Without a phone number, DHL international express shipping will not be able to make a delivery.  - P.O. Box addresses can only be      processed by US standard shipping. If you need DHL international express service, please enter a building address. - Shipping fees is non refundable. - We are not responsible for failed delivery due to erroneous shipping addresses or missing phone numbers from the original order. We are also not responsible if you ignored any pickup notice from the shipping carrier, resulting in the loss of the package. We will not be held liable for misplace or lost package by shipping carrier.

- We will not be responsible for lost packages. - Packages shipped to non-US countries might randomly get charged for duty tax. If you receive a notice from the customs office for your package, please contact our customer service bureau, and we will do our utmost best to assist you with the issue. However, we do not take any responsibility for customs taxes. If you refuse a package due to taxes, no refund.
