We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses
In the event that you have input the incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately.
Changes such as adding apt can be changed if we are notified before the item ships out. All full address changes (prior to shipping) will be canceled. & you can reorder with the correct information.Due to billing security we can only ship to the address originally on the order
For packages that have already been shipped, but need an address change. You can use the RESHIPPING LINK to get have the package reshipped.We must first wait for the postal service to return the package back to the warehouse.Only when we have received the package back we can reship. Customer will be responsible for Reshipping Fees.
In the event that you refuse to pay the Reshipping Fee your order will be canceled and refunded less a 30% Restocking fee.
We are not responsible if you ignored any pickup notice from the shipping carrier, resulting in the loss of the package. We will not be held liable for misplace or lost package by shipping carrier.
- All domestic Express orders made before 3pm (Eastern Time), will be shipped on the same business day. Any Order placed after that time will ship the next business day
-Express order must be placed before 1pm EST to ship the same day, if not the order will ship the next business day
Stash House Miami is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Or go over to the USPS closet to your home to file a claim. The carrier will also need to provide detailed informations as to where exactly the package has been delivered. In the event that they cannot find the package, file a claim using your order form as proof of purchase to be reimburse by USPS.Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
- For international orders, all orders are shipped via UPS
-Please be sure to enter a valid phone number at check out. Without a phone number, UPS international express shipping will not be able to make a delivery.
- P.O. Box addresses can only be processed by US standard shipping via USPS.
- We are not responsible for failed delivery due to erroneous shipping addresses or missing phone numbers from the original order. We are also not responsible if you ignored any pickup notice from the shipping carrier, resulting in the loss of the package. - We will not be responsible for lost packages. - Packages shipped to non-US countries might randomly get charged for duty tax. If you receive a notice from the customs office for your package, please contact our customer service bureau, and we will do our utmost best to assist you with the issue. However, we do not take any responsibility for customs taxes. If you refuse a package due to taxes, no refund.
