RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

Merchandise must be returned within 7 business days of delivery date

Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed, Items must be in suitable condition to resale.

We cannot accept any items that are soiled or with tags missing.

Any merchandise marked as FINALE SALE Cannot be returned

Non-returnable items are Swimwear, Bodysuits, & Earrings, Socks, Items from SALE category

Shipping fees are non-refundable

*No refund or store credit will be issued for items deemed as" not as described".All sizing information given in the product details are accurate & true.Product color as seen on a monitor may vary slightly compared to actual items due to photography lighting conditions and individual screen color calibration.
Stash House Miami reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet our return requirements.In the event that an item has be returned and show any signs of wear you will not receive a store credit & the package we be forfeited. In the event
that we suspect a customer of wearing the items and sending them back no credit will be issued and they will be blocked from our site.
All stored credit will be processed between 3-5days of the return date, sometimes sooner.

HOW TO RETURN

Pack your merchandise securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please note that all items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, parts & accessories) with tags attached.

Be sure to include your original invoice with your return. You may want to keep a copy for your records. If you can't send the invoice, just include your order number, billing name & address, and reason on a piece of paper with your return.

Write “Reason for Return” on the back of your invoice.

Keep the return tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
